He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Fraley (Bland); his daughters, Teresa Hayhurst (Jeff) and Jodi L. Wilt; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hayhurst Bell (Briar), Todd Hayhurst (Tiffany), Savannah Martin Lowe (Cruze), Noah Martin, Gabrielle Wilt, Willow Fraley and Jaelyn Howes; his great grandchildren, Rowan, Rylan, River Lowe and Birdie Ann Bell; his siblings, Janice Brown (Roger), Jaynee White (David), Judy Wyant (Ed) and Ruth Ann Hanlin (Gene); and his sister-in-law Melanie Fraley.
