He was predeceased by: his parent Frank C. Oliver; and his brother Frank C. Oliver, II. He is survived by: his parent Ann Tonkovich Oliver; his nieces, Missy Oliver of Bridgeport, Jennifer Cogar (Michael) and Rebecca Britt of Denver, CO; his great-nephew Odin Cogar; his sister-in-law Beverly Oliver; his aunts, Erma Pellegrin, Alice Tonkovich and Morgantown; and his cousins, Debbie, Donna, Mark, Stephanie and Matthew.
