She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Willard and Nettie Ellen Cunningham Shelhammer; her former husband Robert Ray Oldaker; her husband Victor Edward Sandy; her sons, Arthur Ray Oldaker and Robert "Butch" Charles Oldaker; and her siblings, Mary Swiger, James Shelhammer, Charles Shelhammer, Thomas Shelhammer and Dorothy Vincent.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara George (Ivan), Sherwood Eugene Oldaker, Jessica Harbert, Edmonds, Brenda, Gene Morse and Vian; and her grandchildren, JoEllen Glassey (James), Ivan III George (Melissa), Patrick Oldaker (Cathy), Michael Oldaker (Tina), Ray Oldaker, Alicia Robey (Brian), Holly Jazman (Chris), Bill Harbert, Kim Morse and Chris Morse. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
