He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jean Cross Lockhart; his son Floyd Blake Lockhart Jr.; his grandchildren, Zachary Lockhart, Zoe Lockhart, Taylor Lockhart and Brayden Lockhart; his great grandchild Jeffrey Alan Lockhart; and his sisters, Rosemary Dodd (Tom), Melody Wade and Brown. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
