He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Wright Lewis; his daughters, Carla J. Lewis of Galloway, OH, Barbara R. Seti (Michael) of Lost Creek, Susan Lewis Given (Robert) of Johnstown and Tabatha Hunter of Galloway, OH; his grandchildren, Trey Hunter, Madison Seti, Lauren Seti, Emily Offutt, Lucas Given and Grace Given; his great grandchild Ezeekiel Offutt; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
