He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sommerville McIntyre; his children, Charles William McIntyre, II of Clarksburg and Charnelle McIntyre of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Arminta, Daytona McClain of Weston, Jake, Emily Jelinek of Oklahoma, Charles McIntyre, III and Gauge Allen McIntyre of Pennsylvania; his great grandchildren, Kensley, Laci McClain of Clarksburg and Leia Jelinek of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Kenneth McIntyre (Linda) of Oklahoma, James McIntyre (Tracy) of Utah, Daniel McIntyre (Dickie) of Ohio, Starlet Luma (Nick) of Ohio, Carolyn McIntyre of Ohio and Bobbi McIntyre Liles of Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
