We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2019, at the age of 43, Angel Rife (North Matewan, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Sylvia McGraw Rife; her brother Gary Dean Rife; and her half-brothers, Gary Mounts and Johnny Mounts. She is survived by: her father Ralph Rife of North Matewan, WV; her half-sisters, Brenda Hall of Delbarton, WV, Betty Mills of Teas Valley, WV and Vanessa K. Thomas of Washington Courthouse, OH; and her significant other Clell Stepp of Varney, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
