He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Frame and Macel Ellen Perrine Frame; his wife Linda Furby Frame; and his brother-in-law Ernest Dale Carr. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Frame and Regina Hall; his grandsons, Dylan Freeman, Jacob Hardwick and Caleb Hardwick; his great grandchildren, Ava Freeman and Dylan Freeman II; and his siblings, Lloyd Frame (Cindy), Randy Frame (Teresa), Mary Cogar (Joe), Marlene Carr and Marilyn Boone (Garrett). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
