She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Norman and Autie Groves Norman; her husband Arlyn Bly Miller; her children, Peggy Dawn Miller and John Jeffery Miller; and her siblings, Dawson Norman, Delmer Norman, Dallas Norman, Roscoe Norman, Randolph Norman, Hazel Griffin and Audrey Cottrill.
She is survived by: her caregiver Union Protestant Hospital; her son Gregory Scott Miller (Dovetta) of Adams, KY; her daughter-in-law Myra Chico Miller of Glenville; her grandchildren, Clinton Jay Miller (Olga) of Paynesville, OH, Joshua Bly Miller (Brandie) of Glenville, Joshua Stepp (Linda) of Winfield, Jonathan Stepp (Amanda) of Canal Winchester, OH, Denetta Looney (Brian) of Grundy, VA and Amanda Kirk (Jeff) of Kermit; her great grandchildren, Nicholi, Augusta Bly, Myla Bly, Kaleb, Kelli, Cade, Jonah, Luke, Lilly, Ava and Ella; her sisters, Etta Miller of Fort Myers, FL and Karen Leitz (Ray) of Washington; and her children, Allie and Zoey.
