He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsie Meadows and Clara Yeager Meadows. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Frymier of Glenville, Laura Self (Justin) of Glenville and Sonja Hartshorn (Andrew) of Shock, WV; and his siblings, Ernie Meadows, James Meadows, Virgil Meadows (Darlene), Kenneth "Tommy" Meadows (Shirley), Bernard Meadows (Margie), Debbie Stewart and Richard Meadows (Julie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
