She was predeceased by: her parents, Carry James and Maud Sumpter James; her brother Cecil Lee James; and her brother-in-law Bernard Kuhl. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Kemper Bailey; her children, Debbie Allen (Randy) of Perkins, WV and Todd Bailey (Becky) of Normantown; her grandchildren, Joshua Allen (Chelsea) of Burnsville, WV, Jessica Lenart (Gregg) of Wellington, OH and Jeremiah Allen (Kaitlyn) of Perkins; her great grandchildren, Carson Allen, Hallie Lenart and Zoey Allen; her siblings, Jerry James (Anna) and Mescal Kuhl of Normantown; and her nephew Cody James of Morgantown, WV. She is also survived by husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Linda's honor to the Glenville, First Baptist Church Cancer Fund.
