Lowe of Normantown, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lowe and Lenora Lowe (Williams); and his sisters, Jane Lowe and Alison Yanero. He is survived by: his stepsons, Dusty Peters (Jennifer) of Shock, WV and John Peters (Jessica) of Rosedale, WV; his sister Vicki Brady (Roger) of Ronceverte, WV; his grandchildren, Jesalynn Peters, Levi Peters, Hayden Peters, Jaylyn Peters, Landon Funk, Hoyt Funk, Rosie Funk and Arlin Funk; and his nieces, Kate Davis, Amy Jasperse (Jeff) and Sarah Carr (Doyle).
