Harold Allen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2020, at the age of 88, Harold Allen (Normantown, West Virginia), born in Grantsville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Straud Allen and Ena Minney Allen; his sister Geraldine (Marks); his children, Annetta (Richards), Jeffrey, Michele and Shelly; his children-in-law, Richards and Marilyn Allen; his grandchildren, Megan Hosey (Richards), Jessica Allen and Travis Allen; his brothers, Eugene and Ronnie; his sister-in-law Mary; his sisters, Connie Allen and Caren White (White); his brother-in-law Dana White; and his close friend Eadra Cox (Miller). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He succumbed to Parkinson's disease after a thirteen-year-long struggle, but kept his sense of humor and endearing grin right up until the end.
