She was predeceased by: her parents, W. M. "Bill" and Stella Landers Kelley; her husband Charles J. Painter; her son Charles J. Painter, Jr.; and her stepmother Sereda Kelley.
She is survived by: her sons, Robin Painter of Nitro and Kenneth Painter of Cross Lanes; and her grandchild Zach Painter of Nitro. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
