She was predeceased by: her parents, Vada M. Dolin and Otto W. Dolin; and her brother Arlie Dolin (Norita). She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Hebb; her daughter Jaime Lynn Hebb Smith (Shannon Smith) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Caleb Smith and Katerina Smith; her siblings, Paul Dolin (Helen) of Cross Lanes and Shirley Walters of Teays Valley; and her aunt Elma Marshall of Charleston.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be sent to Alzheimer's Association at alz.org in memory of Vada Jean Hebb.
