He was predeceased by: his parents, William Darrell and Lucinda Toney; and his siblings, Dorothy Perdue, Georgia Gunnoe, Tina Jones, Betty Frederick and Richard Toney.
He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Toney; his siblings, Sandra Sue Fort (Bert), Jo Ann Gunno (Gary), Edra Wilson (Doug) and Billy Toney; and his brother-in-law Lonnie Jones (late Tina).
