Smith (Deborah) of Shelbyville, KY; her brother David L. Cyrus (Ida) of DeLand, FL; her grandsons, Dustin Smith (Heather) and Cody Smith (Vashti); her great grandchildren, Greyson and Jack; her niece Libby Adkins; and her nephew Donnie Smith.
