She was predeceased by: her parent Holley Elmer Harding; her husband Ira L. Wines; her son Kermit L. Wines; and her brothers, Roy Everett Harding, Chester Lee Harding and Holley Elmer Harding, Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Ora Lillian Reed; her children, Harold, Hardy and Dreama Vance; and her siblings, Richard Ray Harding (Jackie) of Bassett, VA., Boone Frye of Charleston, WV, Joseph Cobb, Rufus J. Cobb of Pinch, WV, William Cobb, Elizabeth, Liz, Wheeler (Gerald) of Bassett, VA, Irene Sullivan (Larry) of Belleville, VA., Drema Reed, Judith Williams, Jannie Grindstaff and Mary Reed of Scott Depot, WV. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren (with one more on the way) and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to The American Cancer Society in Norma's honor. .
