She is survived by: her children, Janeen Clark (Bob) of Ashland, KY and Frank Adkins (Vanessa) of Nitro, WV; her grandchildren, Morgan Farley (Tyler), Makayla Clark, Whitney Smith and Richie Adkins; and her siblings, Philip Elliott, Kerma Smith and Arletta McGowan (Danny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and furry friends.
