She is survived by: her parents, Estil Owsley and Meril Poff Owsley; her daughters, Vicki Meadows (David) and Kathi Higginbotham; her grandchildren, Jennifer Cribb, Summer Ball and David Michael Ball; her great grandchildren, Payton Cribb, Taylor Higginbotham and Tyler Ball; and her sisters, Mary Frances Scarberry and Joyce Lavender. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
