She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Prather Jr.; her children, Dennis Ray and Vickie Lynn Cochran; her parents, Ida F. Slater and Clyde S. Slater; and her siblings, Mary Kelley, Clessie Wright, Esther Casto, Hester Slater, Goldie Slater and Golden Slater.
She is survived by: her son Teddy Cochran of Poca; her grandchildren, Brandy Dickens (Derek) of Saint Albans, Brandon Cochran (Amber Hayes) of Liberty, WV and Cody Cochran; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Ari Dickens. She is also survived by close friends that she considered honorary grandchildren.
Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to The Alzheimer's Association, The American Cancer Society or Hubbard Hospice House in Judy's honor.
