He was predeceased by: his parents, Leff Higginbotham and Phyllis Higginbotham; and his brothers, Bill and David. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Joey (Lisa), Billy (Holly) and Cassandra (Jesse); his brother Tim; and his grandchildren, Justin, Allison, Brandon (Kenda) and Nate.
