He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bob and Joe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Nelson Lee; his grandchildren, Emily Lewis of Scott Depot, Austin Lewis of Eleanor, Holly Lewis of Cary, NC, Tanner Lewis and Landry Lewis of Plano; his aunt Martha Adair (Bill) of Clemmons, NC; and also, Cathy Lewis (Mike) of Plano, TX, Virginia Lewis and Lisa Lee-Ranson (Ted) of Dunbar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Heart Association, 162 Court St, Charleston, WV, 25301.
