He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parker and Madonna Parker; and his siblings, Roger, George, Jim, Jerry, Paul, Roy, Leonard, Julie, Suzi, Jeanie and Linda.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie L. Womack; his siblings, Frank Parker, Mary Williams and Ellen Allison; his nieces, Michelle and Angela; his nephew Roger Parker, Jr.; his stepchildren, Holly Carey and Travis Womack; his grandchildren, Danielle Simpson, Trenton Kauff, Trinity Carey, Abigail Womack and Emma Womack; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Adelyn, Grayson, Aspyn and Ezra.
A reception was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gatens-Harding Funeral Home (147 Main St, Poca, WV 25159). Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.
