He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Minner and Ella Minner; his wife Julianne Miller Minner; and his children, George William Minner, Jr. (Judy), Debbie Minner Doane (Rick), Ronald Mason Minner (Leslie) and Vicki Minner Sutton of Nitro, WV.. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
