He was predeceased by: his wife Deidra Kay Cook Fletcher. He is survived by: his children, Justin Fletcher (Amanda), Tristan Fletcher of Hutchison and Christina McNealy (John) of Cross Lanes, WV.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cooke Funeral Home Chapel (2002 20th St, Nitro, WV 25143). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 2:15 PM at the Rest Memorial Gardens (WV-62, Red House, WV 25168).
