With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Childs (Nitro, West Virginia), who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry (Childs) and Melinda Eggleton (Childs); her son-in-law Kenneth "Milt" Wheeler; her grandchildren, Erika Alford (Eggleton), Alexandria Markham and Matthew Wheeler; her grandson-in-law Jared Alford; her great grandchildren, Alexis Waggoner, Lydia Alford and Jackson Alford; and her husband William F Childs.
In lieu of flowers the family request that any donations be made to her favorite charity, Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
