He is survived by: his wife Judith Hayzlett Raynes; his daughters, Shawnna Raynes Bowles of Winfield, WV, Shelley Raynes Frye (Bob) of Winfield, WV and Suzanne Raynes Carney of Hurricane, WV; his grandchildren, Jake Bowles (Katie), Luke Bowles (Katey), Kaleb, Karson Frye, Madison, Kamrynn and Brooklyn Carney; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Harrison (Jake) and Elizabeth Bowles (Luke). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
