He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Owsley and Ray Owsley; his siblings, Warren Sr., Danny, Linda and Susie; his siblings-in-law, Ramona Parker and Dale Harper; his nephew Warren Owsley Jr.; and his great-niece Peggy Lou Anderson.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law George Parker; his pet Bandit; his wife Susie Owsley; his children, Dexter Greg Owsley (Cindy), Jim Boggs (Brandee), Kim Hodges and Tracey Schilling (Chris); his grandchildren, Brent, Bleighton, Breeanna Owsley, Brogan Zotov, Christopher, Shane Mann, Nicole Moseley, Blain, Derek, Justin Boggs, Skyler Messer, Haley and Jacob Schilling; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Burdette, Destiny, Braden Boggs, Alyssa, Marlee Spinks, Nova, Eulalie Owsley, Aerlynn, Devan, Lahke Mosely and Tyler Mann; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Harper, Cindy Cobb, Leanne Luikart, Maggie Dunlap, Pat Rue, Pam Owsley, Daniel Owsley and Marshall Dotson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Fronda, Libby Cobb, Noah and Tevin Owsley. He is also survived by his wife, brother-in-law and grandkids.
