He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his daughter Christy; his grandchildren, Alexandria and Nicholas; his daughter Amy; his grandchildren, Conner and Rachael; his son Steve; his grandsons, Luke and John; and his sister Kay Jaacks (Gary) of California. He is also survived by 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, face coverings and social distancing protocol should be followed, and there will be no meal after the service.
