He is survived by: his wife Shirley Collins; his children, Sheri and Greg; his grandchildren, Katie, Chadd, Cindy, Christy, Tucker and Molly; and his great grandchildren, Ariana, Avrey, Carolina, Atlas and Ivy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
