It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clinton Eugene Gillispie of Nitro, West Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence L. Gillispie and Jessie Louise Sovine Gillispie; and his siblings, Roger, Mike, Steve, Joe Gillispie and Leoda McDaniel.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan W. Gillispie (Amanda) of Barboursville, WV; his grandson Austin; his daughter Miranda D. Wade (Ryan) of Culloden, WV; his grandchildren, Lillian and Landon Wade; his girlfriend Karin Pauley of Nitro, WV; his girlfriend's daughter Brandi Pauley; and also, Aidan Smith and Noah Wileman.
