He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Agee and Virginia Agee; his son Bobby Agee; his grandson Wesley Markham; and his brother James Agee.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Agee; his daughters, Terri Markham of Nitro and Kay Mikeal (Dana) of Charleston; his pet Pepper; and his sisters, Patsy Brown of Nitro and Jenny Lawson of Summersville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
