She was predeceased by: her husband George Hopkins; her children, Tommy Hanshaw and Linda Fetty; and her granddaughter Danneil McClanahan. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce (Dewayne Bailey) of Sissonville; her grandsons, Jason and Justin Bailey; her son James "Jimmy" (Connie Hanshaw) of Nitro; and her grandchildren, Lynette Chewning, Jay Hanshaw, Brent Hanshaw, Chris Hanshaw, Curtis Allen Hanshaw, Dustin McClanahan, Isaac Hanshaw, Alecia Webb, Brandi Cummings, Chelsea Hanshaw, Jim Copley and Kelly Greene.
