She was predeceased by: her parents, Prince Lee and Sylvia Ann Meadows Meador; and her siblings, Goldie Mae Lilly, Van Earl Meador, Dewey Meador and Chester Meador.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Eric Maddy of Hinton; and her siblings, Donzie Meador of Fort Wayne, Joseph Meador of Weirton, Willie Dallas Meador (Nancy) of Greenfield and Anna Lee Massey (Edwin) of Daniels.
