He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann Corless Buffington of Monaca, PA and Robert L. Buffington Sr.; and his sister Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his daughter Roberta Morris (Aaron); his grandchildren, Michael and Hollie of East Liverpool; his great grandchild Robert L. Buffington III of East Liverpool; his stepsons, Jimmy Lopatin of Newell and Josh Lopatin of Ellwood City, PA; his grandson Jacob Lopatin; and his siblings, Roberta Neil, John Buffington (Maryann), Frank Buffington, James Buffington, Bill Buffington and Patti Motzer-Corless.
