She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Short and Ruama Parks Short; her husband William C. "Bill" Moss; her daughter Marilou Legg; her foster father Charles "Bus" Butcher; and her foster brothers, Bob Butcher and Charles "Butch" Butcher.
She is survived by: her close friend Neal F. Vineyard, Sr.; her son David Moss (Reba Streber); her foster mother Marie Butcher; and her foster siblings, Sharon Karr (Frank), JoAnn Sweeney (Byron), Becky Valentine and Bill Butcher (Mick). She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
