With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Runion of Newton, West Virginia, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Runion and Marie Starcher Runion; and his brothers, Robert Runion and Donald Runion. He is survived by: his close friend Terry Starcher of Newton; his siblings, Geraldine Cummings of Culloden, Phyllis Cummings of Procious, Frankie Runion of Procious, Johnny Runion of Procious, Jimmy Runion of Procious, Okey Runion of Procious and Kenny Runion of Procious; and also, Mike Starcher of Oklahoma City, Okla and Luke Starcher of Spencer. He is also survived by her five grandchildren.
