He was predeceased by: his parents, Hunter B. Browning and Goldie M. Lee Browning; his son Richard R. Browning; and his siblings, Norman, Shirley, Willis, Delbert Browning, Doris Browning, Helen Moore and Dollie Browning.
He is survived by: his daughters, Aurora Lynn Shinn of Lubeck and Julie Skiles of Charleston; and his siblings, Sharlene Knight of Newton, Pauline Ward of Newton and Bob Browning of Maysel. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
