He was predeceased by: his parent Olaf E.; and his sisters, Kathy Rae Mitchell and Sandra Lee Drake. He is survived by: his parent Annie E. McClain Hicks; his son Danny E. Hicks, Jr. of Newton; his stepdaughter Wanda Ann Holt of Sapulpa, OK; and his siblings, Steve Hicks, Jerry Hicks and Cheryl Dean of Big Chimney. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
