He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Averill Jr., Chuck Stavarz and Kim Stavarz (Jerry); his grandchildren, Shawn, Johnny, Charley, Michael, Andy and Laura; and his brother David (Esther). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
