He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Larry" Herstine and Patricia Herstine. He is survived by: his close friend Kenya Herstine; his children, Kaitlyn Herstine of Newell, Amber Herstine (Zachary Meadows) and Timothy Herstine (Summer); his grandsons, Timothy Herstine II and Theodore Meadows; his stepson Justin Lipps-Watson; and his siblings, Melissa Smith (Michael), Larry Herstine (Denise), Jeff Herstine (June), Brady Herstine (Rachel) and Amy Fulton (Jason).
