She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Elsie Colebank and Weaver; and her siblings, Donald, Howard, Argle, James, Leon Colebank, Betty McGinnis and Diora Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Shahan of Newburg, WV, Sonya Logan (Michael) of Belmont, OH, Deborah Shahan of Independence, WV, Tracy Shahan Stuchell (Kevin) of Kingwood, WV, Crystal Shahan of Waynesburg, PA and Penny Humberson (Larry) of Bruceton Mills, WV; and her siblings, Doyle Colebank (Linda), Gene Colebank, Helen Diaz (Freddie) and Sandy Lyons (George). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
