She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Annon; her children, Wanda Maxwell (Richard), Vance Annon, Becky Bolyard (George Bolyard) and Bradlee Annon of Homer City, PA; her grandchildren, Megan Elliott (Brad), Logan Maxwell, Jonathan Annon, Brandon Iandiorio and Cordell Bolyard; her great grandchildren, Morgan Elliott and Marley Elliott; and her sister Ann Crowe (Hovatter). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
