She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Stone and Berley Caroline Stone (Bolyard); her husband Albert Winters Jr.; her sons, Tony Allen Winters and Albert Franklin Winters Jr.; her grandchildren, Carrie Winters and Joshuia Winters; her son-in-law Roger Poling; and her siblings, Jerry Stone (Deloris), Dorothy Bowman (Ralph), Betty Bowman (Buck), Anna Mae Cline (Adam), Yvonne Colebank (Argle) and Vernon "Bud" Ray Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Bradford Winters (Carla), Kenneth Gerald Winters Sr. (Charlene), Charles Scott Winters (Patty) and Charlotte Poling; her grandchildren, Roger Poling Jr. (Melissa), Kimberley Poling (Adriana), Bethaney Poling (Michael), Mindy Field (Tim), Tony Winters (Monica), Cindy Poe (John), Clinton Winters (Jasmine), Kenneth Winters Jr. (Sherea), Charles Winters Jr., Andrew Winters, Larry Shrout (Rebecca) and Brittany Nelson; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Gage, Kailynn, Bronson, Gabriella, Roger, Autumn, Logan, Ethan, Landon, Madelynn, Brittany, Luke, Natalee, Benjamin, Savanna, Aubrie, Bryson, Bella, Hunter, Kenni, Alexis, Charles III, Josh Jr., Olivia, Avah, Adelyn and Asher; and her sister-in-law Bertie Mae Stone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bolyard Funeral Home & Cremation (79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV 26410). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
