We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2021, at the age of 88, Robert Demick of Newburg, West Virginia, born in Kingwood, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Leo and Gladys Amanda "Miller" Demick; his wife Verna Mae "Hatten" Demick; his daughter Connie McCarty; his great grandchild Kaila; and his sister Kathleen Mason (Ron Mason).
He is survived by: his children, Julie Matthews, James Matthews (Gudrun), Leigh Ann Demick and Lisa Saurborn; his son-in-law Buck McCarty; his grandchildren, Melissa Turchetta (Jason), Matthew McCarty (Marquita), Jodi Woloszyn (Billy), Jennifer Everly (Mike), John Curry, Jason Curry, Melanie Kohl (Paul), Marcel Grosshaeuser (Catherine), Fabienne Narron (Ricky), Emily Saurborn and Misty Braham; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Kourtney, Michael, Lacy, Austin, Tristan, Luke, Gehrig, Madison, Nathan, Jaycie, Jayden, Christopher, Taylor, Heidi and Chase; his great great grandchild Thea; and his sister Dorotha Everly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
