She is survived by: her daughters, Susan J Annon (Donald) and Ann M Crowe of Uniontown, PA; her grandchildren, Wanda Maxwell (Richard), Vance Annon, Becky Bolyard and Bradlee Annon of Homer City, PA; her great grandchildren, Megan Elliott (Bradford), Logan Maxwell, Cordell Bolyard, Jonathan Annon and Brandon Iandiorio; her great great grandchild Morgan Elliott; her sisters, Pansy Gayheart and Donna Huckabone (Tom); and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Boyd of Ohio and Bill Hovatter.
