He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Lee and Betty Jeane Martin Bell; and his brother Clyde Terry Bell (Doug). He is survived by: his children, Missy White and Gary Lee Bell Jr. of Baltimore, OH; his grandchildren, Brittany, Lucas, Jason and Sarah; his sisters, Brenda Jean Simons (Roger Sr.), Patricia Kay Cline (Turtle) and Rebecca Ann Wilt (Bruce); his nephews, Roger Simons Jr., David Edward Cline Jr. (Brandi) and Cody Wayne Wilt; his niece Melissa Simons; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shawn and Emma; his sister Kathy Cushway; and his niece Sara.
