He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Paul Cornwell Sr. and Harriet H Cornwell. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Zuchowski (Harry) of Independence and Johnny Chambers (Patty) of Newburg; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Dalton (Randy), Scott Zuchowski (Kim), John Chambers Jr. (Tonya), Accident, MD, Jeremy Chambers (Tara), Amber Chambers, Chad Chambers, Sarah and Chase Chambers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody Sheets, Ashley Dalton, Brady Dalton, Tisha Zuchowski, Lily Chambers, Jacob Chambers, Makena Chambers, Cylar Chambers, Reed Chambers, Alex Chambers and Owens Chambers.
Family will receive friends at Bolyard Funeral Home on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 2pm-7pm and Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 9am until time of funeral service at 12 Noon with Pastor Norman Hawkins officiating with proper distancing and face mask required.
