She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Moats and Hazel Moats; and her stepson Kenny McMillen. She is survived by: her children, Vincent McMillen (Amanda) and Kristel McMillen; her nephew Allen Moats; her close friend Kim Davis; her grandchildren, Landen, Nathaniel, Tyler, Zoey and Trenton; her sister Rose Moats; her nephew Allen McMillen; and her stepsons, Eddie McMillen (Tammy) and Danny McMillen (Courtey). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
